Mobile and Web-based App Privacy Policy

Introduction
SensorRX, Inc., a Delaware corporation (d/b/a as Migrnx, Inc. in North Carolina), (the “Company” or “we”, “us” or “our”) value the relationship it has with all users of the Covid on Campus App (“App”). We also respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Mobile and Web-based App Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you register with, access or use the App. This Privacy Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
The Company will not share any personal data (name, e-mail address, and other identifiable information) collected from any user with any third parties without first obtaining the user’s express written consent, other than as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy. Any external credentials entered into the application (such as credentials necessary to identify you to your college or university health center) are transmitted securely. All personal information is encrypted and stored on a secure webserver operated under our control. During transmission over the Internet, no intermediary service provider shall have access to any personal information, and any intermediary service provider shall have signed a Business Associate Agreement with us. All personal information is treated with the levels of privacy, confidentiality and security required under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect in this App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy .

Our App is designed for users from, and is controlled and operated by us from, the United States. Our App is not currently available outside the United States. By accessing and using this App, you represent that you reside in the United States.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age except for children represented by a parent or guardian who is responsible for maintaining the account. No one under age 13 may provide any information directly to the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our App directly from you when you provide it to us. For example, when you download, register with, or use this App, we may ask you provide information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, student identification number, or other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”); or information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as symptoms you may be experiencing or college or university with which you are associated. This information includes information that you provide by filling in forms in the App at the time of registering to use the App, when you use the App, and if you request further services or report a problem with the App, as well as records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers) if you contact us.
We do not collect information from you or your device automatically, however, we do use local storage in the applicable browser to store a session token in order to deliver our services.
We do not collect any information about you from third parties other than from your college or university for the sole purposes of authentication and providing the App under agreement with such college or university.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account.
You may also send us an email at the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete all of your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Data Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure, encrypted servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where a password is required for access to certain parts of the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for activities that occur under your password. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account with us has been compromised), please immediately email us at the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the App home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and through a notice on the App home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our App and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
